Mon 23 Feb 2026 - 14:00 to 16:00 Eric Liddell Community Hub 15 Morningside Road Edinburgh EH10 4DP (Click for Map) NOTICE OF AGM The Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place at the Eric Lifddell Coommunity Hub, 15 Morningside Road, Edinburgh EH10 4DP Monday 23rd February 2026, 14:00 - 16:00 Call for any Motions. Members may propose motions for consideration at the AGM. Any proposal should be sent to the Secretary (Susan Butts) by 9th February, and have a proposer and seconder. Should any such motions be raised they will be circulated at least seven days before the AGM. If there are any points of concern to you, please submit a motion and have your voice heard. If the majority of members present feel as you do, it will be passed on a vote. Help is available for wording motions where needed. Please note: Proxy votes cannot be accepted for motions. Nominations for the Committee These should be submitted to the Secretary as soon as possible The AGM information pack gives details of agenda and the committee posts. Tea / Coffee and biscuits will be available. There are plenty of cafes nearby if you want to have lunch beforehand; alternatively, if you want to have lunch at the Centre, please let Susan Butts knoe by 16th February so we can let them know (it's a small cafe!)
